My name is Steve Philpot, a military veteran, Real Estate Agent, owner of the Legacy Group and Florida Open Title, serving the Emerald Coast of Florida. Growing up, I was intrigued and inspired by my father's success and passion as a real estate agent in our hometown. The relationships he grew and the countless families he helped with making their real estate dreams come reality were something truly special and unforgettable. During my time in college and serving in the military, my focus shifted to real estate, along with my personal real estate growth. Shortly thereafter, I put all my focus into real estate sales and soaking up all the knowledge I could in our local real estate market here on the Emerald Coast of Florida.
